Who we are

JUDr. Martin Žiak

completed his law practice in one of the most prestigious law firms in Moravia, where he focused on commercial law, business relations with international elements and trademark law. In 2008, Mr. Žiak passed the bar exam with honours.

He interrupted his advocacy for 10 years and worked for an international holding group as a member of statutory bodies, director and co-owner of several companies operating in Central and Southeastern Europe / CEE. He is an expert in foreign trade, and holds a Master Classes certificate on Incoterms issued by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Later Mr. Žiak worked as an independent investment advisor focusing on investments into prosperous companies operating in the CEE region. He has also participated in several projects where he advised the Central European Private Equity Funds on  acquisition of FMCG companies operating in the CEE region.

Since 2018, Mr. Žiak has been fully focusing on advocacy and the law.
